Dúvida - Fluência (Gíria "though")
Though = although, however, but, nevertheless
At first, I know the meaning yet. Also i know its useing in grammar. But I've noticed many americans useing the word "tough" at the end of a setence. This is how it does:
"What's up tough ?"
It's a slang. The word "tough", as the exemple, is used without its real meaning. I realized that in some movies and they also abreviate to "tho".
"What's up tho ?"
It seems a bit awkward to me. Does anyone know how it could be used or what it express in setences ? Cheers!

That's really what I was searching for. Thanks!
I found this one as well:
"though
To add more unecessary words to a sentence....though is not really used for much when coming at the end of an already complete sentence.
What up though?
When you coming over though?
His fit was clean though."
It seems it's a unecessary word as the definition above says. But it's still unclear to me, what does this mean exactly ? If we remove this word from the setence, it will remains its meaning (?). Should i translate like what ? When could I use this slang ? That's my point. I'm glad for your explaination, thanks!

Hello.
For this word, I know these possibilities to use:
I. Add contrast: "He is a bit of an idiot but I love the way he walks, though.";
II. When you preclude the possibility of the respondent not saying something "for real", ex.: "Are you okay, though?".
There are other uses for this word, but I explained you the most commonly used cases.
