The same we can ask about the business consultants:

" Two men were travelling in a hot-air balloon. There was an ocasion they felt lost and tried to find somebody down on the ground to ask him where they were. As they saw a man who was walking on a field, they made the balloon to get lower and shouted:

- Hey sir, can you tell us where we are?
- Sure, said the man, you are in a balloon.

- He is a business consultant.
- But how do you know he is?
- Because what he said is verily the truth, but nothing we didn't knew yet."

The conclusion i'm getting into is, almost everything in economics is bs.
And that's because economics is not a science.If you tell that to some economist he or she wil get very upset, or even try to explain why it is a science, but a science that is NOT based on evidence.That's ridiculous, that's nonsense.And that is even worse because some people will buy it.
Thats the price we pay when our schools don't teach the students what science is.
All kind of economists, keynesians, marxists, libertarians, they're all the same thing: liers.

One example, the recent economic crisis.The economists on the left urge the USA president to put some money no economy, to save jobs.But the economists from the right say: no way, don't do anything, the market will heal himself.
Case anything bad happen, the left will blame the markets, and the right will blame the govern.Case anything good happens, the left will 'blame' the govern, and the right will 'blame' the market.
None of them has evidence of anything.
Its not science, its faith.

Mr. Delfin Neto has allways said Economics is not a Science. For him economics is the result of intentions, politics, psichology, fear and hope. By the way, he is a very known economist.

He is a honest one.At least on this point
If i remember correctly, he was minister of the militar govern.
There are economists way more at right than he is, there are some that praises the free market as a God

It's disgusting, doesn't matter what the market does, they will say its good.
Those are the same guys who defend the legalization of ALL drugs, not just pot but cocaine, crack, oxi...

Economic liberalism in its pure essence is the reverse of a coin that, in its other face, shows the anarchism. Both of them would like the State could never existed . Liberalism believes that the "savage instinct" of the Market is enough to make the progress and the wealth of the men. To the anarchism the goodwill and the inate capacity for organization of the men to live together would do the same thing.

They are two faces of the same coin because both of them emerged in opposition to absolute and despotic States almost at the same time. Both of them are the very first manifestation of the self determination of people and the freedom for act. One of them representing the interests of new growing merchant capitalists and the other representing the wishes of the emerging workers class.

Two thousand years before, the romans use to said that "Virtus in media est", signifying that the good way is that one between the extremes.

Its not like classic anarchism neither classic capitalism, its a system with no govern at all.Everything is ruled by private companies.
Their priests of those guys are people like Hans Herman Hoppe
I think its a dumb philosophy, it has more holes than a swiss cheese, kind of the stuff that atract people who talk too much, and do too little.
Its also dumb because the economist Ludwig Von Mises was not an anarcho capitalist, he belived in democracy.
