Relembrando a primeira mensagem :

The best cities to live are those with political stability, banking services, good education and healthcare systems, amongst other services. and infrastructure service. One of the best cities to live is Vancouver, Live and make future generations can live better in urban.

Vancouver is a city non-European located in Canada, is a port city in Canada where ever happen congresses, international events and exhibitions, where there exist and in the country too the population with the highest level of literacy in the world. People in Canada have one of the highest life expectancions in the world

For best conditions for a best world, in first place, the people don't must playing trash in the streets, for don't to provoke overflow , floods, sliding. The efforts made for make a better city in relation to trash for to reverse the situation of the waste of the people is 3R, means "Reduce, reuse and recycle"

Ultimately,it's needed more people living in cities with forest reserve, with investments in public politics, and not living in cities in poor health, safety and education.More people living in one best world.

Alguém poderia ajudar-me corrigindo a minha redação?

Pois eu tenho certeza que eu errei em questão do better e outras coisas, também poderiam ajudar-me em questão do 2° desenvolvimento e conclusão, o que eu posso adicionar neles, o que eu devo retirar...

Minha última dúvida.Nessa frase é melhor usar o best ou o better?

Se o que você queria dizer algo como:

"Para que possamos ter mais pessoas vivendo em um mundo melhor"

O correto é:

So that we can have more people living in a better world
