O Present Continuous é formado pelo verbo to be + present participle. O que só aparece numa frase:
(C) Children from the age of 9 are now TURNING to their bedrooms as a place to socialise
nenhuma das demais tem essa construção com o verbo to be.

WORRYING = preocupante (não é um verbo)
INCREASING prosperity = prosperidade crescente (não é verbo)
still enjoy READING = ainda gostam de leitura (não é verbo)
to control children's VIEWING = controlar o que as crianças vêem (acho que também não é verbo, mas um substantivo)
