O artigo indefinido não vem antes de palavras no plural ou de palavras não enumeráveis (mass nouns).
No item A, businessmen está no plural.
Nos itens B, C e E, as palavras "nonsense", "advice" e "music" não são enumeráveis. Por exemplo, não existe "nonsenses" ou "musics" em inglês. "Advices" até existe, mas não no sentido convencional, só no sentido legal.
No item C, advice
No item D, contract é uma palavra contável/enumerável (count noun), portanto precisa ser precedida por um artigo indefinido no caso.
